About the client:
The client, a major glass packaging manufacturer, engaged PreScouter in this ongoing Research Support Service License to help move a new technology from R&D to commercialization more quickly.
Challenge:
As this was a new technology, new regulations were expected. The client wanted PreScouter to discover possible ways to obtain the necessary documents and process them in the most effective manner.
Approach:
PreScouter gathered information from regulatory agencies and case studies indicating where it was possible to shorten the time needed for regulatory approval. Interviews with Subject Matter Experts were also conducted. Additional insights were gained during the course of the research, and specific recommendations for the client’s case scenario were also made.
Outcome:
PreScouter provided the client with critical information needed to expedite the process, outlining several possible strategies the client could enact in order to get approval faster.
